Premier Physical Healthcare, a subsidiary of Totally plc Planned Care Division is currently looking to appoint a Physiotherapist to work on a subcontract basis at HMP Dartmoor. We are looking to recruit an experienced Physiotherapist in order to provide the highest possible care to all of our patients.

This role requires the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the offender healthcare setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, and to determine clinical diagnosis and clinical treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.

To succeed in this role, you will be a committed and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping patients. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of MSK outpatients and a wide range of musculoskeletal treatment approaches for musculoskeletal conditions for the rehabilitation of patients involving self-management.

Successful candidates will be a HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with excellent attention to detail. You will have at least 2 years post qualification BSc level experience and experience working as a lone practitioner would be desirable. For success in this role, you will be energetic with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail will also be beneficial for this role.

Successful applicants will be subject to prison vetting process and adequate security clearance. Contractors must be able to provide your own Public Liability Insurance.
