We deliver services for, Urgent Treatment Centres, NHS 111, GP out of Hours and a National Clinical Assessment Service from our Urgent Care Division.
We have an exciting opportunity for Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our team on a permanent basis, at our Urgent Treatment Centres based in Whitby Community Hospital.
About the Role…
If you are an experienced ANP who is passionate about patient centred care, wanting to enhance your primary care clinical skills and develop your leadership potential then we are the urgent care provider of choice for you!
Working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within our team, you will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of our patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner. You will also use your advanced clinical practice skills, and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients. This role will include both telephone triage and face to face consultations either in one of our centres or the patient’s own home. The role is supported by a variable rota covering weekday evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
We provide a supportive environment with access to clinical on call 24 hours per day. This includes governance procedures and performance reviews.
