Totally Urgent Care Division are looking to appoint a dynamic Regional Administrator to provide high level and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Senior Management Team. The Regional Administrator will report to the Regional Director and be the first point of contact for the regional team.

This is a pivotal, varied and busy role and therefore we are looking for a person who can work well under pressure, multi-task, be able to work independently and exercise initiative to organize their own workload within the constraints of defined deadlines and changing priorities.
Successful candidates will have an NVQ Level 2 in a work related subject or significant relevant work experience of providing effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to a senior team. Good organization skills and effective time management will be essential for success in this role.
