About the Role & Totally
It's an exciting time to join Totally’s Urgent Care NHS 111 team. Our teams are compassionate and committed to the delivery of quality health services to our patients.
Totally was established to support the NHS and ensure that patients could quickly access the healthcare they need. We partner with our healthcare commissioners across the UK & Ireland to deliver services that help them manage demand and reduce waiting lists including the delivery of Urgent Treatment Centres and NHS 111.
We provide NHS111 services nationally, partnering with the NHS, to deliver care from our dedicated call centres in Stoke, Staffordshire, Stockton-on-Tees and Newcastle.
Our Urgent Care Division delivers highly successful services within NHS111, Clinical Assessment Services, GP Out of Hours and Urgent Treatment Centres nationally. You will be joining our growing team at an exciting time within our fit for purpose structure.
As a Nurse or Paramedic, you’ll champion quality care delivery, working closely with our Health Advisors, applying your clinical knowledge and skills to ensure our patients receive the right level of care when they urgently need it.
You will be provided with paid training in the use of NHS Pathways to support decisions with telephone triage, assessing patients presenting with symptoms, and provide appropriate aftercare advice and referrals when appropriate to do so.
