Specific Hours: 37.5 hours per week

HR Business Partner

About the role:

A key partner to the business, as HRBP you will ensure customer focused service is delivered.

The position of HR Business Partner calls for a strategic, dynamic and experienced HR professional with outstanding communication and leadership skills. You will build credibility across the HR function, healthcare services and the wider Company through your insights, expertise and collaborative approach.

The successful candidate will have a sophisticated understanding of the challenges facing the healthcare sector and the ability to operate successfully in a complex matrix organization.

 

About You:

  • Experience of working alongside various stakeholder groups,
  • Proven ability of TUPE regulations, its application and risks,
  • Knowledge and experience of analyzing and reporting HR management information and systems,
  • Experience and knowledge of succession planning and talent management.

Qualifications, Experience & Training

  • Degree qualified or CIPD equivalent,
  • Proven significant experience in a Senior HR Management role,
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
