Insourcing Division are currently looking to appoint a Head of Clinical Services based in Derby to work on a fixed term contract working 37.5 Hours per week.

The Head of Clinical Services will be responsible for creating an environment of high-quality, patient-focused care; managing and providing professional and clinical leadership to our nursing and clinical teams nationally. As well as providing strong clinical leadership the applicant requires a strong and successful background in overseeing and directing a clinical governance team and function.

The successful candidate will hold current NMC registration and be educated to Masters' degree level or have equivalent experience. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate they have significant and recent clinical management experience (Matron or above) in a relevant setting. It is essential to have a clear understanding of clinical governance and experience in overseeing a governance team.
