The newly formed Totally Urgent Care Division, is a leading provider of national urgent care and out of hospital services following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook. We are looking for a Governance Team Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the administrative function which will enable the Urgent Care Division to meet quality standards in relation to all aspects of clinical governance, risk management, incident management and complaint management.

The ideal candidate will plan own and team workload and have the ability to reprioritise as obligations dictate; you will have daily oversight of new DATIX reports to ensure that serious incidents and other significant issues are promptly identified and addressed. In addition to undertaking the duties as outlined above, the post holder will be expected to fully adhere to rules and regulations that may from time to time be in force.

Totally plc Urgent Care Division, is a national leader in urgent care services for NHS patients. The Totally plc Urgent Care Division delivers NHS 111, Urgent Treatment Centres, GP Out of Hours and other urgent care services across England.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ level 3 in a work related subject or significant relevant work experience and willingness to progress undertake NVQ 4. You must have experience of working in a governance/clinical governance team and a sound understanding of clinical governance requirements. Being able to work under pressure whilst dealing with sensitive information will be essential for this role. You will be a team player, and able to work to meet conflicting deadlines.
