Each graduate will also be included in one or more reinvestment project teams.  Designed as a launch pad to your career with TRL - positions are available to start from July 2020 through to January 2021.

Development will be through a blended approach – combining “on the job” experience within the delivery teams complemented by a programme of social and structured learning.  This will be supported through an external training provider and will include modules to develop and further enhance competencies that you’ll turn to throughout your commercial career: Leading & managing; Collaborating & teamworking; Customer focus & commercial astuteness; Self-management; Communicating and influencing; Innovation & Intrapreneurship

Candidates should initially be willing to spend a minimum of 6 months working from our head office in Crowthorne, Berkshire. Thereafter - individuals may choose to be based from our Birmingham, Crowthorne or Edinburgh offices.
