Field Care Supervisor

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting carers to deliver outstanding services in the community.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Completing care assessments, reviews, spot checks and competency observations
✅ Monitoring care quality and supporting continuous improvement
✅ Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and care records
✅ Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints appropriately
✅ Conducting audits and supporting compliance with CQC requirements
✅ Coaching and developing care colleagues to maintain high standards
✅ Working closely with service users, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within health and social care
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
