Contracted Hours: 25 hours per week plus overtime opportunities available
Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and business insurance are essential.

What You'll Do
- Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication prompts and household tasks
- Assist with personal care where required
- Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support
- Help people regain confidence, skills and independence through reablement support
- Encourage clients to take an active role in planning their own care
- Record and report visit information accurately
- Work with a variety of clients, meaning every day brings new experiences and opportunities to make a difference
