SIS support clients with Mental health needs within their own environment. You will support our clients to live an independent life whilst supporting them to access the local community, build relationships with their families and friends and live a happy and meaningful life. 

Service Overview

Clyde House supports the recovery of 12 clients with complex mental health needs. Staff at Clyde House have 1-1 time with clients offering emotional support and an opportunity to undertake activities that they enjoy such as lunch, cinema trips, going to the gym, walks and much more. We actively encourage our clients to participate in menu designing and planning. Choice, variety and balance is key to good outcomes at Clyde house.

What is the role?

Support Worker - £9.03 – Clyde House - Stockport

  • Support our clients to live an independent life.
  • By getting to know the people we support you will be able to help write their care plans and understand when risk assessments may be needed.
  • Be there to assist the people we support in daily activities, social interactions, and outings.
  • Keep daily paperwork up to date to ensure we have captured everything that has happened in the day
  • You will work positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to assist with supporting our clients.
