Service Overview

Denison House is a wheelchair accessible home in a lovely residential area in Selby. We are a vibrant and spacious, dementia friendly care home and can support up to 31 individuals aged over 65 years old.

We have 15 ensuite bedrooms, several accessible bathrooms alongside a lift and ramp to assist with movement throughout our home. Some of our ground floor rooms have patio doors leading onto our garden and patio areas.

What is the role?

Senior Support Worker – Selby - £9.36

  • Support the different needs of the people we support offering person centred care.
  • Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Support Workers.
  • Deliver medication, conduct assessments,
  • Ensure that care plans are kept up to date.
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of the people we support as well playing your own part in establishing a home where everyone feels safe and confident to live their best life.
  • Be involved and deliver daily activities to the people we support
  • Manage the duty rota
