Service Overview

Here at Holme Lodge we specialise in supporting 19 people who have varying needs as a result of physical and long term neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, head/brain injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, speech impairment, spina bifida and hydrocephalus.

What is the role?

Team Leader – West Bridgford - £10.81

  • Support the different needs of the people we support offering person centred care.
  • Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Support Workers.
  • Deliver medication, conduct assessments,
  • Ensure that care plans are kept up to date.
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of the people we support as well playing your own part in establishing a home where everyone feels safe and confident to live their best life.
  • Be involved and deliver daily activities to the people we support
  • Manage the duty rota
