SIS support clients with Mental health needs within their own environment. You will support our clients to live an independent life whilst supporting them to access the local community, build relationships with their families and friends and live a happy and meaningful life. 

Service Overview

Century House is a grade 2 listed building that has been converted in to 15 self-contained flat, offering supported accommodation to clients with complex mental health needs. At century house we provide inhouse activities such as breakfast club, crafts, quizzes, Sunday dinner and gardening.

What is the role?

Support Worker - £9.03 – Century House - Ellesmere Port

  • Support our clients to live an independent life.
  • By getting to know the people we support you will be able to help write their care plans and understand when risk assessments may be needed.
  • Be there to assist the people we support in daily activities, social interactions, and outings.
  • Keep daily paperwork up to date to ensure we have captured everything that has happened in the day
  • You will work positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to assist with supporting our clients.
