We are looking for exceptional customer service advisors to join our luxury retail client account, Fortnum & Mason, over the busy holiday season.

You will be working from home, so you will, therefore, need to have a computer or laptop and a strong wi-fi signal – a technical specification and homeworking criteria questionnaire will be provided in more detail to applicants upon receipt of your application. 

What will I do in the role?

  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and email
  • First point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client, upholding the values/expectations of this luxury brand.
  • Develop expert product knowledge to share with your customers, order processing and upselling additional items
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?

  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

What will I be paid?

We offer competitive rates of pay, for this role the starting salary is £19,115 per annum

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week - rota basis covering the hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm, inclusive of weekend working.
  • Temporary – Supporting the festive season up to January 2022 with potential to stay within the business long term.
  • Start date – Wednesday 1st December
