Facility Services Assistant
Reporting to the Head of Facility Services, the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Mail and messenger services
- Processing staff requests and office support tasks
- General building and equipment maintenance
- Stocking stationery and office supplies
- Receptionist tasks and meeting set-up
- Any additional facility services / administration tasks which may arise
Education and/or Experience
- A High School diploma with six months to one years' experience in office administration and/or customer service
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Suitable communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to operate with strictest of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability is essential
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work overtime at short notice
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence and clean police record
- Must be at least 21 years of age for vehicle insurance purposes
