WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will have responsibility for the operational performance of the store, making on the spot decisions that uphold our brand values whilst being commercial. You will have a good understanding of everything that is involved in running a retail business, from delivering KPI’s to visual merchandising to managing health and safety.
As a natural leader, you will be given opportunities to coach and develop your team alongside the Store Manager to deliver premium customer service standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that each of our brides leaves the store with the dress of their dreams, having had a great experience with us. As an Assistant Store Manager you will be in an environment where you can utilise your natural flair for nurturing a positive, enjoyable working environment that celebrates successes and promotes our brand identity.
Helping our brides to find their perfect dress is a happy, exciting and sometimes emotional moment that we are privileged to share with our customers every single day. WHAT WE EXPECT
The successful candidate is likely to have had previous supervisory or management experience within the fashion or luxury retail market. You will be driven by achieving sales targets and KPI's as well as having excellent communication skills with a natural, friendly and enthusiastic persona. You should have a genuine passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for styling.
