Customer Care Advisor

As Customer Care Advisor you are on the frontline of WED2B, providing a first class standard of service to our customers. In many cases, you will be the very first point of contact with our brides, either by telephone, email or social media and as such are pivotal in setting the tone for the outstanding levels of customer service that we deliver. As part of a small but rapidly growing company you will be required to be involved in a wide variety of tasks to support the company during it’s growth.

Your duties will include;

  • Receiving all incoming calls from customers, offering outstanding levels of customer service to answer the query of the caller.
  • Calling customers to follow up on the query and ensuring there was a satisfactory outcome.
  • Responding to all customer emails within specified timescales, using excellent written skills that are appropriate to the media.
  • Accessing multiple social media accounts simultaneously, ensuring that all queries are responded to within specified timescales.
  • Accessing company databases to retrieve product or store information to accurately advise customers.
  • Sensitively handling any customer complaints or disappointments to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Update customer records with details of conversations or interactions.
  • Co-ordinate with stores and internal departments to gain information to answer customer queries.
  • Keeping up to date with company information to ensure accurate details are passed on to customers.

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit a customers needs and expectations.
  • Able to deliver outstanding customer service to each and every caller, with a fresh, enthusiastic approach each time a call in answered.
  • Advanced understanding of the working of various social media sites including facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and twitter.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with brilliant attention to detail concerning spelling, grammar and tone.
  • A flexible team player with a 'can do'/proactive attitude and a good sense of humour.
