Today it’s Saturday. The first bride enters enthusiastically the WED2B store with her entourage. You give her a warm welcome and explain our concept. One of your colleagues will support her further in the search for her dream dress. Meanwhile, you support the team on the work floor, you work closely with the store manager together on some administrative tasks and when the store gets busy, you decide to dress brides yourself in the fitting rooms. As storecontroller…
- you are a role model and responsible for the commercial performance and running of the store in absence of the store manager.
- you support the team on the working floor, give training and are responsible for the stock and banking administration.
- you will dress brides in the fitting rooms and style her favorite wedding dress together with her.
- You work both, independently and in a team to achieve the store’s sales targets. Besides you work closely together with the store manager and regional manager on the store’s KPI’s and development.
