This post will be predominantly based at headquarters with some requirement for homeworking
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team which supports all our employees within West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
You will lead and motivate a team of HR Assistants providing administrative support to the HR department for a range of HR processes including recruitment, terminations, changes to employees’ terms and conditions, payroll and also undertake induction sessions.
Applicants must have experience of administrative functions in a Human Resources environment and of supervising and leading a team. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work on your own initiative to meet conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You will possess CIPD level 3 or be working towards this qualification.
