Help Shape the Future of Our Homes and Communities

This is an exciting opportunity to join Accent at a pivotal point in our journey as we deliver an ambitious new Asset Strategy that will help us create sustainable, high-performing communities for the future.

We're looking for a Property Transaction Officer to lead the coordination and delivery of property sales, transfers and acquisitions that support our long-term strategic goals. This is more than a transactional role. It's an opportunity to influence the homes we hold, improve value for money, and ensure our resources are invested where they can have the greatest impact for our customers and communities.

If you're organised, commercially aware and enjoy bringing people together to achieve successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of our Asset Strategy team, you'll play a leading role in delivering Accent's portfolio optimisation programme.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, customers, solicitors, agents, auction providers and other external partners, you'll oversee the journey from initial approval through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating property sales, transfers and acquisitions
  • Managing the steps required to market and dispose of identified properties
  • Working with auction houses, agents and professional advisers
  • Monitoring progress across multiple transactions and programmes
  • Maintaining accurate records, data and performance reporting
  • Supporting governance and decision-making processes
  • Ensuring customers are supported throughout the transaction process
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leaders

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys managing complex processes, building strong relationships and driving projects forward.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience leading property disposals, acquisitions, stock rationalisation or asset management activities.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence managing multiple activities and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating projects, programmes or transactions
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences
  • A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of confidential and sensitive information handling.

Most importantly, you'll be motivated by making a difference and helping to deliver positive outcomes for our customers, communities and business.

The successful applicant will be subject to pre‑employment checks, such as DBS and social media screening, before an offer is confirmed.
