Business Insights Specialist

A place to drive change

Location: Peterborough, Hybrid

Salary: £39,795 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

We’re on a journey of transformation. We’re finding new ways to achieve our purpose of providing families with affordable, sustainable and safe homes. We’re innovating for our customers and to create a thriving workspace that supports everyone.

We’re a team of passionate, dedicated people, working to drive change for the better. We’re building something special here and we want driven, creative people to join us.

If you’re looking for a career where you can be part of change, share your ideas and help us transform, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us and shape our future.

About the role

At Accent, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Business Insights Specialist to ensure their voices are heard, understood and turned into meaningful action.

In this varied and impactful role, you’ll analyse customer data to drive service improvement across the organisation. Working closely with the Customer Insights Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll manage and evaluate multi‑channel feedback, including transactional and TSM perception surveys, and produce clear, actionable insight that informs decisions at every level.

You’ll take a whole‑journey view of the customer experience, identifying what’s working well, where the pain points are, and how services can be improved for both customers and assets. Through regular insight reporting, bespoke research and ad hoc analysis, you’ll help service leads, managers and directors understand the customer voice and turn insight into real change.

This is a great opportunity to shape services, work with large datasets and make a genuine difference in a national organisation that values fairness, inclusion and customer focus.
