Details: Permanent, 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm. Initially 100% onsite, moving to hybrid after successful probation period.

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll manage repair-related enquiries, diagnosing faults and making sure our customers are looked after quickly and effectively. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, balancing their needs with those of our contractors and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone updated throughout the process. Your professionalism, efficiency and empathy means you’ll build strong customer satisfaction.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £26,990 per annum (£14.83 per hour) for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
About you
With experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you’ll be able to handle high volumes of calls and emails and provide our customers with clear, accurate information. Your strong attention to detail helps you accurately record data and customer interactions in our CRM system. You’ll have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service, every time.
Interview Process
We run a 2 stage process for Customer Service Advisor:
1st stage is an interview via Teams.
If successful at this stage you'll be invited to meet us at the Peterborough office on Tuesday 10th or Wednesday 11th February where you'll showcase your customer service skills through a role play and you'll have your final interview. You'll be asked to complete a Customer Service questionnaire prior to the final interview.
