We believe everyone should have a safe and affordable place to call home. It’s this belief that drives everything we do and inspires us to go above and beyond for our customers. We pride ourselves in understanding their needs and delivering the best customer service, every time.

We’re also proud to be at the forefront of change. We’re on a journey of transformation, finding new ways to support our customers - and our people.

If you’re looking for a career where you can learn new skills, try new things and shape your future, there’s a place for you at Accent.

About the role

As a Property Sales Progressor, you’ll work closely with Sales Advisors to ensure smooth, efficient transactions across new-build, resale, and shared ownership homes. From reservation to exchange, you’ll coordinate with customers, solicitors, and stakeholders to keep everything on track.

Your organisation, proactive mindset, and commitment to great service will be key to meeting targets and delivering a seamless customer experience. Experience in housing or secondary sales processes - such as staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire, or remortgaging - would be a bonus, helping you hit the ground running.

You’ll play a vital role in helping Accent create high-quality homes and thriving communities - bringing ideas and initiative to improve how we work and enhance satisfaction every step of the way.

What’s in it for you?

  • Satisfying Work: We’ve helped over 200 people move into their new homes this year and you will play a vital role in supporting the process while enjoying the variety of a fast-moving role.
  • Targets & Rewards: Progress sales through to completion in 60 days, and with a strong build pipeline, you’ll enjoy a continuous flow of customers to support.
  • Customer Relationships: Get to know your customers personally, providing a seamless experience as you guide them through the process and facilitate their next steps in homeownership.
  • Great Career Step: This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in Property Sales with a company that values your contributions.
