What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recruitment with Heart: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using our ATS, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, positive, and human experience.
  • HR Query Hero: Be the go-to person for HR queries – from salary changes and onboarding new starters to drafting letters and supporting employee lifecycle events.
  • Culture Champion: Help us build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
  • Process Improver: Take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements to make our HR processes even better.
  • Multitasking Master: Juggle a variety of tasks with grace and precision – no detail is too small!
  • Problem Solver: Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Salary

The spot salary for the HR Administrator post is £26,367 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.  

About you  

You’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, take ownership and manage a high volume of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong experience of managing multiple query types and ability to seamlessly switch focus between different tasks quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Experience in providing customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment

Interviews

1st stage interviews will take place on 9th and 10th July via Teams

2nd stage interviews will take place in person at our Bradford office the week commencing 14th July.
