Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £49,421 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.  

About you  

You'll have:

• Experience managing housing services within a social housing context, with a strong understanding of tenancy and neighbourhood management.
• CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or equivalent (or willingness to work towards) or qualified through experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high performance and achieve KPIs.
• Strong working knowledge of housing legislation, rental income collection, and anti-social behaviour management
• Experience working with external stakeholders, including statutory and third-sector organisations
• Excellent financial and human resource management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and relevant housing management systems.
• This role requires extensive traveling across our Accent sites and estates.

Interviews

Interviews will take place in person at our Bradford office on the 7th July. The interview will consist of a presentation and competency based interview. You'll also have the opportunity to meet members of the wider team on the day. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Congruity Questionnaire in advance.
