  • Support the integrity of our reporting systems and resolve any issues quickly.

Why join us?

Your work will directly influence contractor performance and customer satisfaction, making a real difference to the communities we serve. This is more than a reporting role – it’s a chance to shape how we deliver repairs and improve lives. You’ll work closely with our responsive repairs teams, bringing a fresh outlook and ensuring your ideas matter and your work has purpose.
