Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruitment with Heart: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using our ATS, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, positive, and human experience.
- HR Query Hero: Be the go-to person for HR queries – from salary changes and onboarding new starters to drafting letters and supporting employee lifecycle events.
- Culture Champion: Help us build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
- Process Improver: Take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements to make our HR processes even better.
- Multitasking Master: Juggle a variety of tasks with grace and precision – no detail is too small!
- Problem Solver: Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Salary
The spot salary for the HR Administrator post is £26,367 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, take ownership and manage a high volume of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong experience of managing multiple query types and ability to seamlessly switch focus between different tasks quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Experience in providing customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment
