Senior Leasehold & Homeownership Officer
A place to create moments that matter
Location: East, Hybrid with travel as required.
Salary: £44,736 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
Thousands of families across the country rely on us for a safe, affordable home. And as the housing crisis deepens, the work we do has never been more important.
It’s this belief - that everyone deserves a place to call home - that drives everything we do. Together, we find new ways to understand and champion our customers, support them and drive positive change.
For a career that means more and makes a meaningful impact on society, this is the place to be.
About the role
As a Senior Leasehold & Homeownership Officer, you’ll bring specialist knowledge to the team and act as the main escalation point for complex, high‑risk, or technically challenging cases – from lease interpretation and service charges to property management, ASB, and income.
You’ll provide guidance, coaching, and support to colleagues, helping them handle complex issues confidently and ensuring our customers receive clear, accurate, and timely responses.
Your insight will help create one seamless service for customers living on mixed‑tenure sites.
Part of something bigger
You’ll not only support your own team of Income Officers - you’ll also be part of a national network of leasehold and homeownership professionals, sharing best practice, working on organisation‑wide initiatives, and helping us raise standards across the board.
Working across mixed‑tenure sites means visibility is important. You’ll be out in communities for inspections, resident engagement, and relationship‑building, making sure customers feel supported, informed, and valued.
Collaboration at the core
You’ll actively contribute to a joined‑up approach across Housing and Leasehold, helping colleagues work together seamlessly so customers receive one Accent service, no matter their tenure or issue.
Relationships with external managing agents and 3rd‑party providers are key to this role, and you’ll be confident navigating these partnerships to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
Why this role matters
This is a chance to make a real impact on the service we provide to homeowners and leaseholders, helping shape a customer journey that is clear, fair, and consistently excellent.
If you’re passionate about homeownership services and ready to take on a role with influence, visibility, and room to grow - we’d love to hear from you.
