Salary: £37,006 per annum
Permanent: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm.

About the role
As a Specialist Housing (Independent Living) Team Leader, you’ll ensure that our Specialist Housing services are delivered efficiently, with the highest quality, and in line with customer needs. You’ll deliver coaching, leadership, and accountability to ensure that colleagues and customers are safe, supported, highly satisfied with our services and performance targets are met. You will play a vital role in embedding customer-centric behaviours and promoting safe working practices.

Salary
The spot salary for the Specialist Housing (Independent Living) Team Leader post is £37,006 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
The ideal candidate will have CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it), proven experience in managing teams and delivering high quality housing and support services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams is key, along with in-depth knowledge of housing and specialist housing practices. You will have experience with performance management, excellent communication skills, the ability to write reports & presentations, and be able to engage fully with customers and stakeholders.
Specialist Housing (Independent Living) Team Leader Interviews
1st stage interview will take place on Monday 10th May.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Congruity questionnaire in advance of their 2nd stage interview.
2nd stage interviews will take place on Thursday 22nd May and will consist of a presentation and interview.
