About the role
It’s an exciting time to join our team as we transition from a legacy estate to modern cloud-based technologies to deliver new business systems. As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and modifying business systems to meet the evolving needs of our users and residents. You’ll work closely with internal users, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, ensuring that all systems remain secure, compliant, user-friendly, delivering data-driven insights and improving business processes.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a role where their skills can make a meaningful social impact. Experience in Cloud Technologies is desirable but not mandatory. We’d love to bring you on the journey with us.

Salary
The spot salary for the Full-Stack Developer post is £52,275 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in SQL (transact-SQL, writing SQL scripts, views, stored procedures, functions), C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and GIT/TFS/AzureDevOps, along with proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and knowledge sharing with junior team members. This role involves providing comprehensive support for key business applications and infrastructure, including second and third line technical support.
Additionally, you’ll be adept at using database software to create, populate, and manipulate data structures, and have substantial experience in managing project-related changes, considering both user and technical impacts. Interviews
1st stage interview will take place via Teams on 7th May.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Congruity questionnaire prior to their final interview.
2nd stage technical interviews will take place in person at our Bradford office on 15th May.
