About the role
As a Rent Arrears Co-Ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to recover former customer arrears—turning challenges into wins, maximising our income so that we can reinvest in the communities we serve.
You'll collaborate closely with IT to design and launch automated reporting tools that streamline the flow of data to debt collection agencies, making our recovery efforts smarter and more efficient. Through weekly meetings with partner agencies, you’ll help to shape the direction of debt recovery. Your keen judgment will guide decisions on what can be pursued and what needs to be written off, ensuring we focus our efforts where they matter most. With a critical eye, you’ll also cleanse and update our systems for accuracy and clarity.
Plus, you’ll prepare quarterly reports for the Executive Team, providing insights that influence high-level decisions and shine a light on your impact. If you're someone who loves solving problems, making a difference, and seeing real results—this is your chance to own it.
