Role Overview

Join our dedicated care team and make a real difference in people’s lives. We are looking for caring, reliable individuals to provide person-centred home care during evenings and weekends. You’ll support clients with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.


What You’ll Do

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence) with dignity and respect
  • Medication prompts and accurate record-keeping
  • Meal preparation and hydration support
  • Moving & handling (training provided)
  • Companionship and wellbeing checks
  • Electronic care records, safeguarding and escalation

Requirements

  • Caring, reliable and professional communicator
  • Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship)
  • Enhanced DBS (we guide you through the process)
  • Drivers preferred, but we will consider experienced walkers
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
