We are now seeking a Full Time Care Coordinator to join our friendly Crawley team. This is a vital role in ensuring our care services are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, coordinating, and rota planning for care staff across West Sussex
  • Using rostering systems to manage shifts and ensure continuity of care
  • Supporting care staff and service users with professionalism and empathy
  • Taking part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone
  • Liaising with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure person-centred care delivery

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in the care sector, ideally as a Care Coordinator
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in care calls and rostering systems
  • Good literacy and presentation skills
  • Computer literacy and administrative experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
