Weekend Care Assistant – Brighton & Surrounding
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Typically 7:00am – 2:30pm or 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Location: Brighton & surrounding areas
Role Overview:
Weekend staff needed to support clients with personal care, medication, mobility, meal prep and companionship. Continuity is important; same hours each day are advisable.
What You’ll Do
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence)
- Medication prompts and record‑keeping
- Meal prep, hydration and nutrition support
- Moving & handling (with training and equipment)
- Companionship and wellbeing checks
- Electronic care records, safeguarding and escalation
Requirements
- Right to Work in the UK (no spons0rship)
- Enhanced DBS
- Drivers and non‑drivers welcome; free bus pass or 40p/mile mileage
