Are you passionate about delivering complex care?
We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client living in their own home.
This client requires PEG feeding and has behavioural challenges, so the successful applicant will be required to have experience in dealing with similar situations.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver person-centred care tailored to the client’s needs
- Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration
- Support with mobility and personal care
- Monitor and respond to health changes promptly
- Promote independence and dignity
You MUST:
- Have previous experience in delivering complex care
- Have a reliable vehicle and driving license
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- Have knowledge of PEG feeding
- Have experience working with vulnerable children and adults
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
