Complex Carer (Eastry)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care?
We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Worker who can complete day shifts with clients from 7:30-12:30 or 12 hour shifts including weekends. These shifts would take place in the Eastry area.

 
You will: 

- Deliver person-centred care tailored to the client
- Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration
- Support with mobility and personal care
- Monitor and respond to health changes promptly
- Promote independence and dignity

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in complex care (essential)
- Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
- Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
- Driving license and a reliable vehicle
