Contract: Permanent, working 35 hours per week

Salary: £32,615 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working

Arts Council England is looking for a Relationship Manager for Engagement and Audiences in the Northeast of England, and this full-time role comes with an attractive salary of £32,615.

This role - Relationship Manager for Engagement and Audiences - would suit someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about audience development and engagement in the arts and cultural sector, with experience of working in one or more of the art forms or disciplines we fund.

Here are some of the things you could expect to do in this role:

  • Managing a portfolio of funded organisations and giving funding advice to individuals and organisations, about Arts Council National Lottery Project Grants and other funds
  • Help to improve the reach of the projects we fund
  • Support our decision-making processes, writing assessments and sit on funding panels
  • Support Arts Council England colleagues in the North, providing expertise in community engagement, audience development and everyday creativity and work with our national engagement and audiences team, playing an important role in the delivery of Arts Council England’s 10-year strategy Let’s Create.
