Role Details: We are seeking five knowledgeable and proactive Senior Officers, Capital Relationships and Monitoring to support the delivery of Arts Council England’s capital investment programmes.

We are looking for some, but not all, of these roles to have specific experience and expertise in libraries or museums.

You will work closely with arts organisations, museums, and libraries, providing advice throughout their funding journey, assessing applications, and monitoring awarded grants to ensure compliance, manage risk, and track delivery against outcomes. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, government representatives, and sector specialists, helping to raise awareness of our capital investment opportunities.

Using your sector expertise, you will support the design and delivery of effective monitoring frameworks, deliver user research to inform programme development, and ensure that grant-making processes are aligned with best practice and public service standards. You will use data and digital tools to track impact, identify trends, and manage information in line with data protection requirements.

This is a key role for someone with experience in grant management, stakeholder engagement, and sector knowledge in museums, libraries, or cultural infrastructure. If you are passionate about supporting organisations to thrive and delivering capital programmes that make a lasting difference, we would love to hear from you.
