Contract: Permanent, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)

 

Salary: £46,709 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. 

 

Location: Bristol (The role will be based at the office base listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) 

As a Senior Strategic Partnership Relationship Manager at Arts Council England, you will lead a team of experienced Relationship Managers, creating key partnerships with local stakeholders at a senior level.

The Senior Relationship Manager can expect to coordinate work for the South-West Area in the national policy area of Strategic Partnerships. You may also be responsible for other areas, including Diversity, Creative Media, Children, Young People and Learning, Engagement and Audiences, Philanthropy and Skills, and Workforce.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the South-West’s creative sector
  • Experience in relationship management at all levels, including with local authorities
  • Good leadership skills and clear experience in people and project management
  • Good understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by cultural organisations
  • Experience in business planning and financial reporting.
