2 X Officer, Capital Relationships and Monitoring (COOF54 and COOF55)
Contract: 12-month FTC/ Secondment, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £32,163 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Newcastle, Bristol or Brighton (The role will be based at any of the offices listed however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
We are seeking two organised and proactive Officers, Capital Relationships & Monitoring to support the delivery of Arts Council England’s capital investment programmes. These programmes invest in the sustainability of creative and cultural organisations across the country, contributing to the ambitions of our Let’s Create strategy.
As part of the Capital Relationships and Monitoring team, you will provide essential administrative, coordination, and analytical support across a range of capital programmes. You will assist in delivering grant processes, organising stakeholder engagement activities such as events and workshops, and supporting the monitoring of funded organisations. Working closely with Senior Officers and Managers, you will help ensure compliance with public service standards and grant-making best practices.
You will also contribute to business analysis by using digital and data tools to track the impact of our investments and identify trends. Maintaining accurate records, supporting the production of training materials, and helping coordinate assessments and monitoring activities will be key parts of your day-to-day work.
