Complaints Manager (IC120)

Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2026, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)

 

Salary: £36.987 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. 

 

Location: Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Cambridge or Brighton (The role will be based at one of the offices listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members if the team, normally 1-2 days a week) 

 

Arts Council England is looking to appoint a fixed term Complaints Manager to join the Compliance and Improvement team within the Investment Centre. The team oversees Arts Council England’s Complaints processes and its Compliance and Continuous improvement frameworks.

 

The Complaints Managers will manage the Complaints and Raising a concern processes, working closely with Legal and Operational colleagues at all levels. They will ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely manner, providing an empathic service and proportionate resolution, in line with the Parliamentary Ombudsman’s Principles of Good Complaint Handling.
