Senior Manager, Capital Relationships and Monitoring (COOF47, COOF48, COOF49)
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months, working 35 hours per week /(Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £49,045 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: The roles will be based one of at our offices within the following areas; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
North (Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle Office)
Midlands and South-West (Birmingham, Nottingham or Bristol Office)
South-East including London (Brighton or Cambridge Office)
Arts Council England is building its excellent capital team to deliver a range of capital investment in 2025/26 to support arts organisations, museums and libraries, contributing to Let’s Create, our 10-year strategy.
As one of three Senior Managers in the team, you will be leading on relationship management, stakeholder engagement and grant monitoring across Arts Council capital programmes. The capital team is part of the Chief Operating Officer’s department
In working co-operatively, these 3 roles will collectively lead the Relationships and Monitoring team. You will work with area and national colleagues to develop a consistent approach to service delivery and raise awareness of place-based capital investment opportunities as part of the Arts Council’s role as the national development agency for creativity and culture.
