What we need in a nutshell 

As our Leisure & Spa Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving membership and spa sales at Kenwick Park Estate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and managing new membership leads.
• Promoting and upselling leisure and spa services.
• Managing CRM systems and membership renewals.
• Organising local events and creating marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Conducting show rounds and supporting inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.

You’ll be working in a fun and fast-paced environment where your contribution is essential in keeping our sales pipeline thriving. And, of course, we expect you to bring your passion and enthusiasm to the team!
