Salary: £12.21 per hour

What you’ll be doing

Most of your time will be spent making sure our guests feel welcome and cared for, but you’ll also jump into F&B when needed. Your role will include:

  • Welcoming guests on arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process

  • Assisting with holiday bookings, guest queries, and resolving issues

  • Liaising with different departments to make sure guest needs are met

  • Supporting with F&B shifts when required, which could include serving drinks, taking orders, delivering meals, or clearing tables

  • Keeping guest service areas (and occasionally F&B areas) clean, tidy, and guest-ready

And of course, as holidays happen at holiday times, you’ll need to work your magic on evenings, weekends, and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

To deliver delight to our guests, you’ll need to:

  • Have strong customer service skills and experience 

  • Be confident, organised, and resilient under pressure

  • Have great communication skills and enjoy working with people

  • Show initiative and flexibility – happy to help even when it’s “not your job”

  • Be open to learning F&B skills, or already have some experience 

It’s the icing on the cake if you also have:

  • Knowledge of booking systems (like Parcvu)

  • Previous holiday park or hospitality experience
