Senior Proposition & Resort Marketing Manager

Location – Central Support, Hemel Hempstead with some travel to parks

You’ll lead all on-site marketing activity, turning moments into memorable experiences that drive engagement, increase spend and elevate satisfaction. Along with crucially building a nurture thriving owner communities, creating a sense of belonging that inspires loyalty, advocacy and long-term love for Away Resorts.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead the development and evolution of holiday and ownership propositions, ensuring they are distinctive, insight-led and commercially strong
- Define proposition frameworks, tiering and messaging across accommodation, experiences (including F&B) and ownership benefits
- Translate guest and owner insight into new ideas, enhancements and end-to-end journey improvements that drive satisfaction, engagement and spend
- Own on-park marketing strategy and execution, including communication standards, signage and in-stay messaging across all parks
- Deliver initiatives that increase on-park revenue and secondary spend, using test-and-learn approaches to scale successful ideas
- Build and lead a thriving holiday home owner community, driving connection, loyalty, advocacy and long-term retention
- Develop and deliver owner engagement strategies, including lifecycle journeys, communications and community-led programmes (online and on park)
- Partner with CRM, brand and social teams to ensure consistent, high-quality owner communications and experiences across all channels
- Monitor performance, using data and insight to optimise propositions, improve value perception and maximise commercial impact
- Define and track key KPIs across on-park marketing and owner engagement, leading ongoing performance reviews and optimisation
- Work cross-functionally with brand, digital, CRM, operations, revenue and park teams to ensure consistent delivery and execution
- Lead and develop a high-performing on-park marketing team
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior product, proposition, experience or customer marketing role
- Proven success in developing and scaling propositions, bundles or experiences that drive commercial growth and customer value
- Experience within F&B, leisure, retail or entertainment-led environments
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, experience design and value communication
- Experience building loyalty, membership or owner communities, ideally with exposure to digital or social platforms
- Commercially confident, with experience managing budgets and a strong grasp of margin, ROI and performance metrics
- Data-led, with the ability to use insight to evaluate performance and optimise propositions
- Experience working cross-functionally across operations, CRM, brand, commercial and finance
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation
- Experience leading and developing teams
- A blend of creativity and commercial thinking
- Clear, confident communication that brings people with you
- The ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable plans
- A fast pace with a thoughtful approach to scaling ideas
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- A consistent focus on the guest and owner experience, even under pressure
