Owners Experience Manager

What we need in a nutshell

Our holiday home owners expect us to deliver outstanding service and we aim to surpass their expectations. This new role focuses entirely on ensuring we do that. We are looking for  a strong and ambitious customer champion who, as part of the senior park management team, can represent the interests of Owners on the park.

A bit of background and what you’ll be doing

Our Owners are seeking a world away from the day-to-day and it’s our job to surprise and delight them at every turn. Reporting directly to the General Manager, as Owner Experience Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Planning and hosting Owner events and activities
  • Gathering and addressing Owner feedback
  • All Owner communication to build strong relationships, including news and updates, overseeing maintenance jobs and handling complaints and social media
  • Subletting
  • Liaising with the central support team on marketing and promotions

 

You will be ensuring owners’ interests are considered by all team members and a Reception Administrator and Maintenance team member will report into you.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Line management experience, including performance and development
  • At least 2 years hospitality experience, including event management and budgeting
  • Strong leadership, influencing and decision-making skills
  • Well-organised and proactive, with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A track record of delivering excellent, and creative, customer service solutions
  • Resilience, cheerfulness under pressure, and the ability to command respect as a senior team member
  • Previous Holiday Park Experience
  • Previous Owners Park Experience
