What we need in a nutshell
Our holiday home owners expect us to deliver outstanding service and we aim to surpass their expectations. This new role focuses entirely on ensuring we do that. We are looking for a strong and ambitious customer champion who, as part of the senior park management team, can represent the interests of Owners on the park.
A bit of background and what you’ll be doing
Our Owners are seeking a world away from the day-to-day and it’s our job to surprise and delight them at every turn. Reporting directly to the General Manager, as Owner Experience Manager you will be responsible for the following:
You will be ensuring owners’ interests are considered by all team members and a Reception Administrator and Maintenance team member will report into you.
