Revenue Management Analyst

What we need, in a nutshell:

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. Working closely with Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you’ll play a key role in balancing occupancy and revenue growth, optimising accommodation mix and brand positioning across a portfolio of holiday parks. Using data-led insight and commercial judgement, you’ll maximise the annual margin generated from our inventory while supporting both short-term trading performance and long-term strategic goals.

Who are we?

We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. With 27 amazing UK resorts, we pull out all the stops and add the bells and whistles to give our guests the holiday of a lifetime.

What you’ll be doing:

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Own revenue management for a portfolio of parks, building deep insight into trading patterns, performance trends and demand drivers
  • Create, manage and optimise park-level trading plans, taking timely action to address risks and opportunities
  • Analyse BI and performance reports to identify pricing actions across short- and long-term trading windows
  • Deliver clear commercial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with Guest Experience Managers to review performance, communicate pricing changes and share best practice
  • Lead regular price reviews to ensure occupancy, average weekly rate and margin remain aligned to budget
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal pricing strategies and promotional activity in collaboration with Marketing
  • Maintain accurate pricing grids, revenue systems and reporting dashboards
  • Contribute to weekly trading reports, monthly forecasts and the annual tariff budget
  • Monitor external demand drivers such as competitor pricing, events, holidays and weather
  • Support the testing, implementation and continuous improvement of revenue management tools, systems and processes

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification, in a numerate or analytical subject
  • Experience working in a data-led or analytical role
  • Revenue management experience within the leisure or hospitality industry
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced Excel capability
  • Ability to build and maintain reports within Power BI
  • Understanding of holiday park operations or seasonal leisure markets
  • Ability to organise and manage your own workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Highly detailed and accurate, with a conscientious, can-do attitude
  • Self-starter who is proactive and comfortable working autonomously

It’s the icing on the cake, but not essential if you have experience in the leisure and hospitality sector.

It’s about your values too. We have a can-do, people-centred ethos at Away Resorts, and we look for certain qualities in our team members. Have a read about it and see if you fit the bill.
