What we are looking for

We are looking for a Team Leader for our Spitfire Bar and Restaurant. This is our largest venue boasting up to 1500 covers a day in busy periods. Spitfire offers a pub classics style menu using fresh ingredients and all made in house. Spitfire offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

Why Tattershall Lakes? 

Nestled in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside, Tattershall Lakes is a 400-acre lakeside paradise bursting with life and adventure. What you will be doing

We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.
• Ensuring team are all looking after our guests.
• Cashing up at the end of shifts.
• Opening up or closing down of the facility.
• Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift.
• Complying with all the legal requirements.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:

• Have customer service experience and skills.
• Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
• Must be over 18 due to licensing laws.
• Be someone who does things without needing to be asked.
• Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are.
• Have experience of working in a team

• Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub
• Experience of working in the holiday sector
• Experience managing a team
