Facility Cleaner-Team Leader

Location: East Fleet Farm, Dorset DT3 4DW 

Contract: Seasonal contract – Variable Hours

Salary: £13.00 per hour - Paid weekly!

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Lead, support, and work alongside the cleaning team to ensure all toilet and shower facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards at all times.
• Ensure all facilities are presented to an exceptional standard that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
• Oversee the effective management of consumables, ensuring stock levels are maintained and storage areas are kept clean, organised, and well controlled.
• Motivate, train, and develop the cleaning team to deliver outstanding standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure all facilities cleaners are fully equipped with the correct cleaning equipment, materials, and PPE to complete their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or health & safety concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• To be a positive team member, contributing fully to the team effort
• To motivate and support your team
• To create a working atmosphere that is safe, happy and inclusive, in line with the Away Resorts values.
• To attend all required company training.
• To keep up to date and aware of current health and safety policies and processes which affect your area, including manual handling, COSHH and other health and safety requirements.
• To deal with guest data sensitively and in keeping with our GDPR responsibilities
